Human Resources Department is committed to provide the best valuable services based on team effort coupled with compassion and dedication in improving the well being of all National Medical Care Company (NMC) staff. We are dedicated in providing accurate and appropriate information, preparing Human Resource program, systems, policies and procedures and delivers services with enthusiasm, professionalism and confidentiality. With our dedicated, highly competent and cordial employees, we are designed to orient and equip our multi-cultural staff with knowledge, awareness and standards required for various tasks and clients service. Sections in HR :
 
1. PERSONNEL SECTION :
Personnel Section provides a full range of Human Resources services to NMC Management and its Business Units in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and practices and the Terms and Conditions of employment contract, and assists department heads to obtain maximum results form effective human resources management. Personal Section is responsible for the following :
   
A. LEAVE TRACKING AND TRAVEL SECTION :
LEAVE/TRACKING AN TRAVEL SECTION is responsible for processing employees' international/domestic travel and patient escorts in addition to all types of leaves in adherence with NMC policies and procedures.
 
B. MEDICAL LICENSE SECTION
MEDICAL LICENSE SECTION is in-charge for liaising, processing and obtaining required certification and authentication of relevant documents for the Saudi Council for Health Specialties (SCHS), Ministry of Health (MOH) and other concerned government agencies and foreign embassies.
 
  C. PAYROLL SECTION :
PAYROLL SECTION prepares the monthly salaries as well as overtime payments due to all Business Unit employees, leave settlements, and other necessary dues applicable for the staff.
 
2. RECRUITMENT (LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL) SECTION :
Recruitment (Local & International) Section screens and selects qualified candidates to ensure that every employee in all NMC Business Units is able to provide optimum services to all patients and clients.   3. GOVERNMENT RELATION SECTION :
Government Relation Section ensures the effective provisions of service for passports, visas, driving licenses and similar Saudi government agency documentation for all employees and their authorized dependents.
 
  4. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT :
Training & Development consists of NMC training strategies, training need assessment, planning/administration, implementation and evaluation of training programs for NMC employees and external trainees. Training and Development Section provides internal and external training programs and activities for NMC employees to broaden their knowledge and understanding in their fields of specialty and in all aspects of patients and customer's service.
 
  5. HR ANALYST :
HR Analyst is responsible for performing human resource planning to forecast staff needs in addition to developing HR policies related to recruiting and compensation and benefits based on the high level guidance provided by NMC. With the support of Human Resources to all NMC employees, we will successfully establish a unified effort to make NMC and its Business Units to be the healthcare center of choice in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
