RCH, opens the center of Joints and Spines in the presence of the under secretary of M.O.H. Dr. Al- Hawwas. |

On last Tuesday evening Dr. Mansoor Al-Hawwas – the under secretary of M.O.H for Executive affairs – On behalf H.E Dr. A. Al–Rabea, Minister of Health, Opened the center of Joints and Spines in RCH and the accompanied fair of tools and instruments assigned for joints & spines.

On that occasion, Dr. Hawwasi said: I'm pleased to extend the regards of H.E. Dr. A. Al-Rabea – Minister of Health, Thanks be to Allah who granted this country a constructive leadership, that raise the value of human being by the interest in opening every project, and honoring, and attending this project, which is considered as wonderful project that reflect the joint cooperation with the American Institution (ASI), aiming the benefits for the Saudi citizens. |

Dr. Hawwasi added: MOH considers the private sector as an important essentials part of the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry on its way to develop the cooperation with the private sector, will offer as much support and care to the sector. |

|
|
|
|
Hoping more Saudi-American cooperation in that field. The opening of the center by Dr. Hawwas is highly praised by Mr Aba- Hussain who praised also the attendance of the American Commercial Consul in Riyadh, Mr. Amir Kayani and appreciated the great cooperation with ASI. the result of which is the construction of the first center in the area specialized in Joints & Spines Surgery, including more than 130 consultants in that field coming from prominent reputable hospitals and universities in USA. |

Mr. Aba-Hussain revealed the effort of NMC Co. in expanding the National Hospital in Malaz to the capacity of 250 beds, besides the highest levels of services, referring to JCIA certificate that had been achieved by RCH that is considered the first hospital to get that certificate. |

|
|
|
|
Mr. Aba–Hussain revealed the advantages of the company in providing a distinct medical service without recourse to travel abroad, providing the best level of medical technology, and creating international medical technology, and creating international medical practices according to the highest means of continued education training and research. |

|
|
National Medical Care Company has concluded a number of construction contracts for a number of projects that will be under its strategy in the coming period, with a total sum of SR(350,000,000). The company was founded in August 2003 as a joint stock company, closed from the public sector and represented by general organization for social insurance, and a group of share holders from the private sector. Care Co. owns the most important hospitals of private sector in Riyadh, RCH which was founded in 1990, and RNH that was founded in 1966. |

During the press conference that had followed the signing of the contracts, Engineers Abdulla Al Eissa, Chairman of Board Directors had assured that the projects are committed from Care Co. to meet the needs of the community in providing an advanced health quality and medical specialties in our beloved kingdom, and to keep abreast of the on going progress in health and technology in health field, and to keep the company as one of the pioneers of health services providers in the kingdom, through the investments and administration of health services in a way to insure the optimal use of its customers, employees, investors and the community as well. |

|
Today, Care Co. could conclude the contract of establishment of the new building of RNH with total area 13,500 m3, and 63,000 m3 for the buildings. That was done in agreement with the company executing the project "Taroug" Saudi Lebanese Company, in a total cost SR. 278 M and supervising the Bureau of Saudi Engineering Union with about SR 8,5M, for a period of 38 months of implementation in the same current location of RNH. |

The new tower of RNH contains 8 floors with 200 bed capacity. It includes an ICU with 12 bed capacity, in addition to 50 clinics in different medical specialties, 6 OR equipped with up to date high quality medical equipments of international measurements. It is also contains an integrate department of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 10 seats for renal dialysis, in addition to other sections like, laboratories, radiology, Central Sterilization, Medical records, pharmacies, In-patient wards, etc. |

|
|
In addition to 2 floors in the basement as a car parking with 400 cars capacity, beside to other floors beside the hospital for cars of hospital employees. The project is considered as a part of the company's plan to modernize and expand the oldest hospitals in Riyadh. |
|

|
|
|
|
A contract was signed also for the establishment of the family medicine center and the administrative building as a total cost of SR 27 m, for a period of 18 months of implementation. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The building of family medicine is located on 2700 m2 surface area, and 5,500 m2 for the building area in Al Rowdah district, east of Riyadh. The center contains 18 clinics in different medical specialties and equipped with high quality most recent medical equipments, in addition to laboratories and radiology depts. and a large pharmacy with all health requirements. The center provides an accommodation for nurses and a basement for car parking of 70 car capacity. |

This project was planned to be a high class medical health model, and in a modern form that meets all the needs of the family in the main specialties in the reachable residential areas, on the way raise the health level of residents, in addition to providing the best medical and health services with high quality in short time and without difficulty in reviewing referring facilities, as the center arrange the referral if the case needs special consultation or special investigations in one of "Care" hospitals. |

|
The third project that had been concluded today is the establishment of the administrative building of NMC company located in Rayan area next to RCH in total area of 2660 m2. the building consists of 3 floors and a basement for car parking, and includes a number of departments: Marketing, Material Management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and planning management, in order to meet the growth of the company's works and the expansion in different activities and solidification of the company's name as an active member in the national health sector. The project of the administrative building is considered as a fulcrum to our current operations and a building block for the future of the company that participate in its growth and prosperity. |

Mr. Othaman Aba Hussein, the Executive DG of NMC, has assured of implementing its strategic plans based on the bases of development and progress in providing the best medical services in accordance with high quality. The implementation of the company to those development projects is considered as a clear evidence of its methodology and seeking to remain one of the best leading providers of health service in the kingdom., and no doubt that the project of establishment of the new 200 bedded tower of RNH and the project of Family Medicine Center with its 18 clinics in different specialties, is considered as a target of the company to support the health projects in the Kingdom, and providing the best health services in accordance with high quality. |

Signing the construction contracts has been honored by the attendance of Engr. Abdullah Al Eissa and Mr. Othman Aba Hussein and the member of the board, Dr. Bilali, Dr, Shuimy, Mr. Abdel Aziz Al Seif, Mr. Abdullah Al Sadhan, Mr. Nader al Wehibi, in addition to Engr. Abdel Aziz al Nwiser, Director of projects in the company, Mr. Abdel Rahman Al Fares, DG of RNH, Prof. Abdel Aziz Al Saiegh, CMS in RCH and executive directos of "Taroug" Saudi-Lebanese Company, the company in charge of implementation of the projects and the office of Saudi Engineering Union supervising the implementation. |
